The Sinister SD-INTRPIPE-7-3-KIT is the charge pipe kit for a 1999.5–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It replaces the hot- and cold-side tubes. The intercooler stays.

The pipes are mandrel-bent stainless in Sinister Blue. Four silicone boots and eight stainless spring clamps are in the box. Sinister rates the boots to a 400 psi burst. It fits the factory intercooler and most aftermarket cores that still use the stock connections. An early-1999 truck uses the smaller elbow and will not take these pipes.

It fits 1999.5–2003 F-250 through F-550 and Excursion trucks.
