The Banks 25973 is a Techni-Cooler intercooler system for a 1999.5–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It is the core and the boost tubes. The tubes are red powder-coated.

The end tanks are cast aluminum, not the factory plastic. The inlet is the Twin-Ram, so both banks get the same charge. Boost tubes are 3-inch mandrel-bent. Banks lists about 18 percent more flow than stock. Hardware is in the box. The warranty is 2 years. It fits trucks built January 1999 or later.

It fits 1999.5–2003 F-250 and F-350 trucks.
