The Beans Diesel 220050 is a billet thermostat housing for a 1999–2003 7.3 Powerstroke. It replaces the stamped-steel housing that pits and warps. The reinforcement ring for a housing that is still straight is Driven Diesel DD-73L-TSHR.
Beans machines it from 6061 aluminum, with a thick flange that does not flex under the bolts. A thicker O-ring and three stainless fasteners are in the kit. The thermostat is not included. The factory thermostat is Motorcraft F6TZ-8575-EA. The upper hose and the heater-hose nipple stay.
It fits 1999–2003 F-250 through F-550 trucks with the 7.3.

Clean the pump face. A pitted pump still leaks under a new housing. Bleed the system after the hose is back on.
