The Driven Diesel DD-10mm-05QD is an OEM-style fuel pump outlet fitting designed for 1999–2003 7.3 Powerstroke frame-mounted electric fuel pumps. It threads directly into the discharge port of factory-style Bosch fuel pumps (such as Bosch 69136) to accept the stock 5/16" factory quick-disconnect fuel supply line. Driven Diesel machines this custom adapter with a 10mm male threaded base and a factory-profile 5/16" quick-disconnect male nipple.

Missing discharge fittings on replacement Bosch pumps, stripped threads from pump swaps, or an Early 1999 pump update where the original fitting had smaller threads and will not swap over are what this adapter solves. Many replacement OEM Bosch pumps ship without this critical outlet fitting included in the box, leaving trucks stranded when the factory piece cannot be reused. It is the fuel pump outlet quick-disconnect fitting only; the fuel pump and sealing washer are not included.

It fits 1999–2003 7.3 Powerstroke Super Duty trucks and Excursions using factory-style Bosch frame-mounted fuel pumps, as well as 1994–1997 OBS trucks converted to electric fuel systems using OEM pumps.

Inspect the pump outlet port and ensure a proper crush washer or seal is in place on the 10mm male threads before torquing into the pump housing. Thread the fitting in straight by hand to prevent cross-threading the pump's aluminum body, then torque securely with a wrench. Push the factory fuel line connector onto the male nipple until you hear and feel the quick-disconnect collar click firmly locked.
