5.9 24V Cummins Stage 2 75HP High Flow Injectors – DDP ISB-75

Upgrade your 1998.5–2002 Dodge Ram 5.9L 24-valve Cummins with Dynomite Diesel Performance (DDP) ISB-75 Stage 2 high-flow injectors. These injectors deliver a solid 75 rear-wheel horsepower gain while supporting up to 420 RWHP with proper supporting modifications—the largest size recommended for a stock turbo.

They are one of the most popular 24V injector sets because they balance added power, better fuel economy, and only a minimal increase in smoke. Most owners see a noticeable improvement in throttle response and towing performance, plus a typical 1–3 MPG gain once the extra power is no longer being used aggressively.

Each set is sold as a new, flow-matched and balanced set of six injectors with no core charge. They use OEM injector bodies fitted with high-flow SAC nozzles that include DDP’s patented dual-pilot-hole technology (two 0.005" pilots) for cleaner atomization and smoother operation. Notes: A boost elbow is highly recommended if you are keeping the factory turbo and adding a tuner or boost fooler. Some early 1998.5 trucks (engine serial number below 56462598) require injector connector tubes for proper sealing.
