Really nice swap the only issue I had is the top silicone hose its probably how it sat in the box for a while but it rubs on the serpentine belt I held it back with a few zip ties other than that easy install I also upgraded a fan clutch and did a 6.0 fan swap everything works as it should I would recommend

All of my buddys tried to talk me into just going with the oem motorcraft waterpump, well those pumps only come with the waterpump itself. This kit literally comes with everything to swap to this style pump, only thing you will reuse is the coolant temp sensor. I actually did this swap in my work parking lot because i was lazy and put off swapping it out with my leaking pump and eventually it finally pumped its last pump and it dumped out any coolant in it FAST leaving me stranded but i had the truck bleed out and running in 3 hours taking my time being careful of the radiator. This pump uses a o ring style gasket and i was really worried id have trouble with it popping out and unaligning itself its definitely a quality piece and i put the o ring on 1 time and never had a problem with it with no spray adhesive or anything, it for sure helps to have the proper 1 7/8in fan clutch tool and a waterpump pulley holder to get your fan clutch and water pump pulley off and on, everyone said online the belt would hold it in place but that was not the case. Now my only complaint is that they dont offer a 196 thermostat option, my temp gauge sits on the M of normal on a winter day, curious to see how it will far on a hot 100 summer day pulling a trailer. Would recommend this kit to anyone and is worth the extra money for a coolant filter, it even has a on/off valve built in for changing out the coolant filter without making a mess. Do not stress the hose routing like they said keep the top hose straight and tighten it on the stat housing then bend the hose onto the top radiator inlet. Overall the truck seems to run way better than my old stuck open thermostat, idles smoother and actually gets a few more mpg. Definitely worth the $625.
