The South Bend T905 is the clutch release fork and pivot ball for a 1999–2003 7.3 with a ZF6. It is the fork the throwout rides. A bent fork is a clutch that will not release, or a pedal that engages at the floor.
It is a direct fit on the S6-650. The pivot ball is in the kit. The transmission has to come out. The disc, the pressure plate, and the throwout are not included. The ceramic kit is 1939-CB. The organic dual disc is SFDD3250-6-ORG.
It fits 1999–2003 F-250 and F-350 trucks with a ZF6.
Fitment
- 1999–2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke
- ZF6
- Fork and pivot ball
- Direct fit
- Clutch not included
Grease the pivot and the collar, not the face of the bearing. A worn pivot eats a new fork. Do this while the transmission is already out for a clutch.
