The South Bend SFDD3250-6 is a street dual-disc clutch for a 1999–2003 7.3 with a ZF6. It is rated to about 650 hp and 1,300 lb-ft, and about 30,000 pounds of towing. The all-organic kit is SFDD3250-6-ORG, at about 550 hp.
The friction is half organic and half ceramic, so it takes off cleaner than a full ceramic and holds more than organic. The ductile-iron flywheel, the floater, the diaphragm pressure plate, and the throwout are in the box. Break it in for about 500 miles of stop-and-go before a heavy tow. The hydraulics are HYDX-F67.3.
It fits 1999–2003 F-250 through F-550 trucks with a ZF6.

A ZF5 is a different clutch. The single-disc organic kit with a flywheel is 1944-6OKHD. Torque the crank bolts in a star pattern.
