The South Bend 1944-6OFEK is a Con FE clutch kit for a 1999–2003 7.3 with a ZF6. It is rated to about 475 hp and 1,000 lb-ft, and about 25,000 pounds of towing. The single-mass flywheel is in the box. The factory dual-mass flywheel comes out.

The disc is organic and Feramic, so it holds more than the organic kit and still takes off clean. The pressure plate, the throwout, a Kevlar pilot, the bolts, and an alignment tool are included. South Bend cryo-treats the parts. The organic kit is 1944-6OK, at about 375 hp. The HD organic is 1944-6OKHD, at about 425 hp. The hydraulics are HYDX-F67.3.

It fits 1999–2003 F-250 through F-450 trucks with a ZF6. South Bend wants it on a tuned truck, not a bone-stock daily.

A ZF5 is a different clutch. Torque the crank bolts in a star pattern. Break it in before a heavy tow.
